Wilmite was founded in 2018 by Lisa Clark.

Lisa is an astute leader with a proven track record of delivering organisational change, multi-million-pound projects and programmes, and transforming services to improve outcomes and reduce costs. She is a certified executive coach and adept at inspiring and enabling teams to take ideas, move them into strategies, and deliver results.

Lisa has an in-depth understanding of the public sector having delivered and improved large Local Authority operational services.  She was also part of the executive team at North Tyneside Council where she led on the development and delivery of an organisation wide future model and structure.

She has delivered multi-million pound digital and technology projects, and led on organisational change programmes.  She also has extensive experience of managing long-term delivery partnerships and brings shrewd commercial acumen to any situation.
